sehr schön gemacht ... genau die richtige belichtungszeit ... einfach "lange drauf" funktioniert ja auch nicht. und der spiegeleffekt wirkt wahrscheinlich so gut, weil er nicht perfekt ist ... :D

cool picture. you captured the speed of the train and yet the station and the platform are purely sharp and clear, gives it a very solid look. Great composition!

was the train moving away from the camera or towards. i have an inkling it was towards, but wanted to check with you. either way, excellent timing to get the symetrical three streaks in the frame and leading the eye, but at the same time not going all the way through and becoming stangnant lines..... i dig.

Yes, the train was coming towards my cam. I have a similar shoot with a blue train leaving the station in the other direction, but it was not that dynamic like this one. ;)
Thanks for your good comment!

ich mag das zusammenspiel von starren und bewegten bereichen.
hat mich von der zusammenstellung her gerade an das bild "The Other World" erinnert.

what shall i say? hard to comment on photographs like this cause i could only mention things you already know because you *saw* them when you took it. very special is the sort of broken symmetry - by the blue arrow and its reflection. great work. i love it!

Great shot, man. I love the vibrant colors and the excellent contrast throughout. Great use of lighting and I love the reflection from the steel wall. Wonderful sense of movement.

I'm quite surprised about the success of the ghost train picture, I thought it would be a very common submission. ;)

well , i've noticed good mirror shots are sometimes more famous than classic shot... but the most interesting are this kind of mirror, with good metal texture and a convergence of lines... common submission but great achievment :)

Thank you very much! :)

By the way: I'm going to change my cam at Christmas... the Canon Powershot G6 will be my next baby.
And the A60 is not that bad, you just need to understand how to adjust the settings when taking a picture. :)

Great color combinations and color intensity here. The symmetry goes without saying... The longer exposure captures the great motion of the scene!!

Wieter so!!
